Sample Charge: There are two situations.

If the amount of sample you request is within your Free Sample Value, you can enjoy free samples and shipping.

If the amount you request samples is over your Free Sample Value, the customer will pay for the extra samples and full shipping charge.

Delivery Method: All samples will be sent out by airmail, and 4U will bear the freight cost of airmail if you requested sample amount is within Free Sample Value! However, you should absorb the extra charges if you need speedier delivery.

Sample request quantity limited: If you ask for samples of terminal or contact, the maximum quantity is 30pcs. As for other products, the maximum quantity limitation is 10pcs. Please kindly confirm with us in advance, if the samples request exceeds our maximum order quantity.

Sample Payment Method:

Credit Card via Fax

1. Download "Credit Card Mail Order Form" please.
   
2. Complete the form and sign your name.
   
3. Send it back to 4U by Email or Fax:

Once we complete the credit card transaction, we will immediately send you your sample order.
Note:

If your transaction amount is more than US$330.-,we will need the cardholder's name, phone number, and address for banking purposes.

Taiwan Credit Card Center will charge you in NT dollars. When you receive the credit card bill, some alterations on the exchange rate may cause a different amount charged.

For example,
Your Sample Order Purchase Date : April 9 Total Amount : US$100.-
The exchange rate on April 9 for US:TW is 1:34.58
Total Amount calculated by Taiwan Credit Card Center on April 9: NT$3458.-

4U requests for payment on: April 20
On that day,
If the exchange date is 34.55, The amount we request will be NT$3458/34.55= US$100.09
If the exchange date is 34.62, The amount we request will be NT$3458/34.62= US$99.88
